Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that HR2                
pass the House.                                                                
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz objected and withdrew the objection.  There           
being no further objection, HR 2 passed the House.

Chair; Cowdery, Vice Chair; Masek, Phillips, Green, Berkowitz, Joule
